Come tell a story! Theatre is story telling. So is a comedian’s routine, a song, poetry, and even that dreaded history paper. In this camp campers will explore the different ways, places, and styles of story telling. Join us, because we have a story for you! There will be a story telling show case on the final day of class.

Since 1935, The Little Theatre has been an extraordinary family of dedicated volunteers, patrons, and staff. As the oldest performing arts organization in Winston-Salem, we have been a fundamental part of this city's cultural scene. We invite everyone in our community and beyond to exercise their imagination, stretch their creative muscles, and experience the joys of live theatre.
Our 2021-22 Season is filled with laughter, romance, mystery, song, and dance. Join us for Sylvia, Murder on the Orient Express, Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley, The Drowsy Chaperone, Out of Order, and The Sound of Music.
We also offer acting and technical theatre classes for children, teens, and adults during the season and summer camps for kids 6-18 during the summer. Whether you are new to acting or a seasoned performer, our education program will cultivate your theatrical skill set and prepare you for the stage and beyond.
