Monarch’s Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program in Winston-Salem will start the new year in a new location. The program will now be located at 533 N. Spring Street in Winston-Salem. Come celebrate with us! The program is hosting a community open house February 4th, 2025, inviting families, friends and community stakeholders to visit the new space.
?Our Forsyth County PSR program is one of six Monarch PSRs in North Carolina. Each program supports recovery, self-reliance and friendship through rehabilitation activities, individual and group support, and community engagement; believing that even individuals with most severe psychiatric illness can live in the community independently and be respected as neighbors, coworkers and friends.
